Shipping Charges Explained, Return Policy

Our paperbound trade books are a standard 8" x 5" format.
There is no charge for handling.
The following shipping charges are in addition to the retail price of the book.

3-VOLUME (SLIP COVERED) SETS

• (U.S. addresses only) 1 SET  $5.80 (USPS flat rate)
• (U.S. addresses only) 2-6 SETS  $12.35 (USPS flat rate)

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Canada

1. The Canada Border Services Agency (CSBA) will authorize Canada Post to collect either PST or HST (as applicable) on the foreign exchange equivalent of your total order.
2. In addition, Canada Post will levy a handling fee on your shipment.
3. Once your shipment has arrived, you will be notified by Canada Post, including directions for paying the PST/HST and handling charge, plus any options for delivery or pick-up (methods vary according to locale).
4. The information provided by Canada Post is subject to change. Kaladar Books appreciates your business, but has no authority in these matters and cannot be held responsible for these additional charges, which are solely the responsibility of the purchaser.

United Kingdom

1. The Value Added Tax Act 1994, section 30 provides for the "zero-rating" of goods listed in Schedule 8 of the Act (Group 3 - Books, including literary works and reference books). Purchases under £18 are not normally subject to tariff. HM Revenue & Customs may assess import duties in the 3% range. In addition, the Royal Mail may assess a handling fee per order.
2. Once your shipment has arrived, you will be notified by the Royal Mail, including directions for paying any applicable VAT/tariff and handling charge, plus any options for delivery or pick-up (methods vary according to locale).

Return Policy

Returns are rare, but may be permissible in certain circumstances, subject to a 15% re-stocking fee at our discretion. Please contact Kaladar Books (see contact page) to request a return authorization. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization. Foreign orders are non-refundable/non-returnable.
